He attended school at Whitworth University in Washington, and then moved to Los Angeles, where he began to make a name for himself as both a model and a rap artist. In 2010, he opened ARK Music Factory with fellow producer Clarence Jey. Their first major hit, was the catchy, but much reviled, “Friday”, performed by Rebecca Black. In addition to his work with ARK, he also launched his own music label called PATO World Music. The label subsequently released the song “Chinese Food”, which, like “Friday”, has attracted a great deal of negative attention.
