Since 2001 she has starred as Lucy in the series Trailer Park Boys. She has also starred in the films The Hanging Garden, Beefcake, Trailer Park Boys, The Event, Trailer Park Boys: The Movie, Trailer Park Boys: Countdown to Liquor Day, and Trailer Park Boys: Don’t Legalize It. DeCoutere won a Gemini Award for her role in Trailer Park Boys in 2005. In 2014 she joined seven anonymous women who publically alleged sexualized violence by radio personality Jian Ghomeshi.
